Governor Hochul of New York has signed a bill to end the sale of puppies, kittens, and rabbits in the state, effective Dec15th, 2024. Our store, along with puppy stores throughout New York, have permanently closed their doors. Please continue to follow Bowwow Babies online as we work to reinvent ourselves. To all our friends over the past 16 years, please be cautious when purchasing a puppy, due to the rise of black market puppy sales, which have taken over the internet. Unfortunately, this bill has strengthened the substandard breeders throughout the USA. There is no breeder transparency since most of New York stores, which were regulated, are NOW gone.
