My dog came home with a urinary tract infection! I noticed it a few hours after she came home - she was peeing blood. The dogs were kept in tiny crates as they waited to get groomed or to be picked up, My dog is 80lbs and was stuffed in a crate for a 45lb dog...ridiculous! The bath she got was average, I could have done a better job myself. The nail trim was terrible - her nails were sharp and weren't filed. I decided to try this groomer hoping to get better quality and service than Pet Smart. These people claim to be certified master groomers too - there's no way! This place is also expensive, $25+ more than Pet Smart. Don't take your pet here, not only do you have to pay for poor service, you also have to pay the vet bills when your pet gets sick.
